Financial Consultant Manager
CURIMAN BROKERS GROUP CORP is looking for a full-time Financial Consultant Manager to join our team.
Duties include:
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the company’s market position within the Hispanic community by
- identifying growth opportunities and tailoring product offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies, social media engagement,
- and outreach efforts targeted at financial professionals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry and refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Make bids and offers to sell financial products, including life insurance, annuities, and retirement accounts,
- to financial professionals who will sell them to the end-user.
- Set sales targets and oversee the sales process to ensure business goals are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive growth in policyholder acquisition and expand product penetration in
- the market.
- Provide financial professionals with insights on industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitive
- dynamics affecting life insurance and financial services.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs for financial professionals,
- brokers, and independent agents.
- Promote continuous learning and development to improve sales effectiveness, customer service, and
- compliance.
- Train and mentor financial advisors and insurance agents on effectively presenting and selling financial
- products.
- Supervise the case management team to ensure timely and efficient processing of insurance applications
- and claims.
- Optimize case management workflows to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Address any electronic funds transfer (EFT) issues promptly, ensuring that customer payment processes
- remain seamless and efficient.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards by overseeing the contracting
- process for agents and brokers.
- Review financial securities and insurance product offerings for accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Manage commission structures to ensure they are competitive, fair, and motivating for agents and partners.
- Work closely with the finance department to ensure the company meets its financial targets.
- Monitor and evaluate organizational performance, ensuring all departments meet their targets.
- Oversee staffing and talent acquisition processes to attract top-tier candidates.
- Ensure that all departments are adequately staffed and equipped to meet the organization’s goals.
Requirements
Must have bachelor’s degree in Finance or foreign equivalent; Texas General Lines Agent License; five (5) years of progressively responsible experience recruiting and training life insurance agents; must speak Spanish.
